Registered Veterinary Technician or Technologist, RVT Location: Vancouver, BC: Department: ER: Compensation: $28.00 to $38.00 per hour, depending on experience The Vancouver Animal Emergency and Referral Centre is an established, cutting-edge, multi-disciplinary facility located in the heart of Metro Vancouver. We have been providing emergency care in this community since 1978 and specialty services since 2015. In addition to Emergency care, we provide Internal Medicine, Surgery, Ophthalmology, Cardiology, Radiology, Critical Care and Oncology services. Our Emergency Service is welcoming enthusiastic, highly motivated Registered Veterinary Technologists (RVTs) to join our ever-growing team! Our Emergency RVTs will use their technical skills to the fullest and are given the necessary tools and resources to be successful in pursuing one or multiple passions within our hospital. Schedule: As the Emergency Service operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, this position will include shifts in the daytime, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holiday shifts.
