Job Description: An opportunity for a Air Power Digital and Agile Implementation Project Support has arisen within Airbus Defence and Space, Getafe (Madrid). RESPONSIBILITIES: The jobholder will support in all activities related to the department which is agile coaching and training, transformation project management, digital strategy creation and digital portfolio management. Administrative Support: Assist in the preparation and distribution of programme-related documents and reports. Schedule and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes. Maintain and update programme/project documentation and databases. Handle correspondence and communication with internal and external stakeholders. Operational Support: Assist in the development and tracking of programme timelines and milestones. Monitor and report on programme progress, highlighting any potential risks or issues. Support the preparation of presentations and reports for senior management. Coordinate with various departments to ensure alignment and timely completion of programme tasks.
