GARNEY CONSTRUCTION As a Salary Recruiter at Garney, you will play a key part in building our team of skilled water & wastewater treatment professionals. You will source, identify, and attract qualified candidates for a variety of exciting positions across the industry. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING: - Partner with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and requirements. - Proactively source and identify top talent through various channels, including online job boards, industry organizations, and professional networks. - Conduct phone screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit. - Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to offer. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system. - Build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners. - Stay up-to-date on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and job market conditions for water & wastewater treatment positions.
