Job Description The Production Supervisor is a member of the plant leadership team and plays a key role in providing management and leadership to deliver business results and operational improvements. Under the direction of the Production Manager, the Production Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day manufacturing operations for an assigned area and shift.
