Job Overview: This position has 24-hour accountability for their area of responsibility. This accountability encompasses: patient care outcomes, service excellence, human resource issues, fiscal management, quality improvement compliance, and communication. Job Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing Certification within specialty area within two years of assuming position Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers (BLS) Registered Nurse Membership in related professional organization preferred 2-3 years experience Progressive Leadership in Nursing in a related field 2-3 years experience Clinical in Nursing Job Responsibilities: Quality and Patient Safety: Identifies key indicators and implements performance improvement measures related to quality, safety, other outcomes of nursing practice, and customer needs and expectations.
