Crafted Highlights: Platform Operations & Governance - Maintain oversight of the health, performance, and reliability of our Salesforce organizations, clouds and integrations. Troubleshoot issues as they arise, evaluate licensing, storage, and usage patterns. - Maintain a proactive view of capacity and performance trends to ensure platform resilience, scalability, and reliability to balance business demand with cost effectiveness.
