The Key responsibilities of this role include: The shipping inspector Will be responsible of auditing all shipments/loads according to the load sheet/instructions and the stablish outbound / inbound processes. Position: Shipping Inspector: Available Position 1: Shift: 2nd Shift: Shift Schedule: Regular nonpeak hrs. 4:00PM-12:30AM / Peak Season Hrs. 4:00PM - 2:30AM Pay: 19.50 an hr. Additional Incentives: Additional Incentives: All full-time employees are eligible to qualify for monthly attendance bonuses. In addition to the general job description below, the ideal candidate: Must have Accurate and effective communication with the shipping / Transportation departments. Role Purpose: To audit all loads/shipments Key Accountabilities: - Responsible for auditing all loads/shipments according to Load Sheet/Instructions and Import Pedimento. - Ensure 100% accuracy in all shipments. - Consolidate suppliers shipments in truckloads. - Create the Shipping Manifest for the daily truckloads. - Comply with established SOP's and cut off times.
