First Merchants Bank is seeking an innovative visionary Business Intelligence & Workflow Automation Senior Analyst to join the HR Technology, Analytics, and Process Team! This position will support transformational projects and process improvements for HR through analytics, automation, and data visualization. As part of this role you will: - Analyze HR business processes and reporting for automation or AI opportunities. - Create and update visual process flow maps to accurately represent the movement and processing of information within low code applications like UKG. - Configure and maintain analytics Power BI dashboards. - Produce scripts to prepare, validate, and upload data into enterprise applications. - Serve as back up support for HRIS systems and reporting. - Execute change control activities by coordinating, documenting, reviewing, and implementing changes in accordance with established change management standards to minimize operational risk and ensure business continuity. - Stay current with emerging technologies.
