Working/Functional Title Program and Engagement Coordinator: Position Summary: The Educational Program Coordinator II supports the planning, coordination, and execution of workshops, conferences, and educational programs for the Office of K-12 Outreach. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the seamless delivery of high-quality programs by leading logistical operations, coordinating communications, and supporting marketing and outreach efforts. In this capacity, the individual manages the operational and logistical components of program delivery. Responsibilities include coordinating event timelines, securing facilities, arranging travel and accommodations, processing contracts, providing the department FO with event-related costs and monitoring expenses, and overseeing all day-of-event logistics. The position works closely with the Director and program leadership to support agenda development and speaker coordination, ensuring all elements are aligned and executed effectively.
