Manager/Senior Manager, Investment Analysis

Job description

Lead financial modeling, valuation, and investment analysis for real estate development projects. Coordinate with Development, Global and Americas Finance, corporate Operations, Technical Services, Brand Management, Tax, and Legal to ensure all issues relevant to development projects are properly identified, analyzed, and documented in the Company’s capital papers. Manage a team of managers and analysts, review their work, provide on-the-job coaching/training and assist in the team’s recruiting and onboarding efforts. Projects may vary from single asset owned, managed, or franchised properties to portfolio opportunities. Your day to day: Financial Modeling/Investment Analysis – Supervise and coordinate financial modeling of complex transactions and ‘one-off” investment scenarios to include NPV, IRR, and earnings impact, by using proforma developed for Subject, proposed deal terms, and input as appropriate from Technical Services, Tax, and Financial Reporting teams.
