Job Description Summary The successful applicant will be an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) interested in working full-time with a focus on inpatient consults and rounding on post procedure patients for a busy procedural service across Main Hospital, Ashley River Tower and Shawn Jenkins Children’s Hospital and cross coverage in outpatient clinics including VIRAC pre op clinic, follow up clinics at Health West, Health East and Summey Children’s Pavilion. This aligns with the continued expansion of APP scope of practice within the Radiology division’s APP team. The APP will serve as a dedicated health care professional in the busy and thriving Vascular & Interventional Radiology (VIR) Division that includes eleven (11) Vascular and Interventional Radiologists and nine (9) APPs. The APP will enhance the continuity of care within VIR for adult and pediatric patients. APP will participate in all patient care with participation in initiatives to enhance patient flow and revenue streams for the division and health system.
