Location: 9343 Tech Center Dr. Suite 100, Sacramento, CA 95826,None,None BACS is looking for a Licensed Clinical Program Supervisor for our Community Wellness & Response Team (CWRT). CWRT is formerly known as Alternatives to 911. This innovative program works collaboratively with 988 and Sacramento County to provide urgent response for community members experiencing a mental health crisis to reduce the need for emergency services and provide community based resources. The Program Supervisor is responsible for overseeing a team of multi-disciplinary behavioral health counselors and case managers providing high quality and timely field response to requests for support from community members using a strengths-based and harm reduction approach. Services include de-escalation, resourcing, problem-solving, family support and transportation to other community locations. Our CWRT operates 24/7, 365; All staff rotate assignments for dispatch and response. Responders go out as a team of 2 in company vehicles to providing in-field response to de-escalate and resource community members.
