JOIN OUR TEAM: DISABILITY SUPPORT WORKER: Locations: Yarrawonga, Cobram & Numurkah: Are you passionate about making a difference in people’s lives? PALS is seeking compassionate and dedicated Disability Support Workers to join our team and support individuals to live with independence, dignity, and connection in their communities. This role is ideal for someone who is flexible, community-minded, and committed to ongoing learning. You’ll be working across our Yarrawonga, Cobram, and Numurkah sites, so variety is guaranteed, and no two days will ever be the same. What you will be doing: - Supporting clients with daily living activities (personal care, meal prep, household tasks). - Providing emotional support and genuine companionship. - Assisting with mobility, transport, and community participation. - Administering medication and monitoring health conditions. - Encouraging independence and skill-building. - Following individualised care plans and maintaining accurate records. - Working collaboratively with families and other professionals to ensure the best care possible.
