Full job description Dover Dodge is r apidly growing automotive retailers and finance company that is looking to hire a Business Development Representatives to join our Business Development Center (BDC). Bi-lingual Spanish preferred. BDC Representative Qualifications: - 1-2 years of experience; experience in an automotive setting preferred - Confident, pleasant and professional phone voice - Possess time management skills and be able to work independently - High school diploma or GED equivalent - Bi-lingual BDC Representative Preferred Skills and Experience: We are an equal opportunity employer and a drug free workplace.
