Summary The Ophthalmology Residency Program Coordinator provides comprehensive administrative support for the ACGME-accredited ophthalmology residency program. This role works closely with the Program Director, Associate Program Director, Department Chair, faculty, residents, and the institutional Graduate Medical Education (GME) office to ensure the residency program operates in compliance with Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) requirements and institutional policies. The coordinator manages program operations, resident documentation, educational scheduling, evaluation processes, and accreditation reporting while supporting the overall educational mission of the residency program.
