We start all new installers at a competitive hourly rate—$22/hr for beginners and $24/hr for experienced installers—so you’re guaranteed stable pay while you learn and as our trucks build up workload. Once you’re trained up and running full capacity, we transition you to our revenue-share system. That means instead of being capped at hourly, you’ll earn a percentage of your truck’s revenue. Top installers are estimated to make $60K–$75K annually. This is a junior position, and the ultimate candidate will have at least some skilled gutter and/or exterior construction experience. A positive attitude is a must, as well as the ability to properly and comfortably interact with clients and other employees.
