Facilities Ops Technician I - BOF, Central Area (Galveston) - ( 2602223 ) Description Minimum Qualifications: High School diploma or recognized equivalent and basic knowledge in industrial /commercial craft/trade as approved by Property Services Leadership (i.e., Plumbing, Mechanical, HVAC, Structural, Instrumentation/Electronics, Refrigeration, Electronics/Fire Alarms). Two years of general experience working in at least one of the above-mentioned crafts. Must be capable of demonstrating the ability to perform the essential functions of the job in a post-offer employment test as administered by UTMB Rehab Services. This job requires the ability to lift up to 100 lbs. from the floor to the knuckle and requires frequent bending, standing, and walking.
