Mary's Woods is looking for a Landscape Manager to join our team. The Landscape Manager is responsible for the comprehensive management, maintenance, and enhancement of a 40-acre campus landscape, balancing hands-on fieldwork with administrative leadership. This role oversees daily grounds operations, including landscape maintenance, irrigation systems, and special projects, while managing contractor performance, budgets, and long-term planning initiatives. The Landscape Supervisor leads and develops team members, ensures high standards of landscape quality and sustainability, and supports strategic efforts such as asset planning, capital improvements, and environmental stewardship. This position also fosters resident engagement through educational programs and collaborative outdoor initiatives, contributing to a vibrant, well-maintained campus environment. Mary's Woods is a non-profit senior living community founded in 2001. We offer independent living, assisted living, memory care and residential care in a park-like setting on 40 acres in Lake Oswego.
