Department: 34039 Enterprise Corporate - Administration: Resource Team Status: Full time Benefits Eligible: Yes Hou rs Per Week: 40 Schedule Details/Additional Information: The Nursing Manager Relief Program is designed to create an alternative manager staffing option to provide department and site relief by temporarily filling registered nurse managers into vacant positions until they are filled. This position offers the opportunity to work in multiple departments over time to share best practices, proven results, and engagement with those sites in need. The assignment timeframe may vary based on leadership role but generally ranges 2 weeks – 6 months and is reevaluated at each 6-month mark. The site support may/will vary depending on site needs. Pay Range: $51.05 - $76.60 Major Responsibilities: Coordinates and manages all resources necessary to provide optimal nursing care, including availability of staff resources, patient care supplies and automated patient care systems.
