Job description

Position Summary The Human Resources Intern will support day-to-day HR operations and key strategic initiatives across core functional areas, including talent acquisition, employee experience, total rewards, learning and development, and people analytics. This role provides hands-on exposure to HR processes and systems, including Workday, while contributing to projects that enhance the employee and candidate experience. Key Responsibilities: Support recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and onboarding logistics Maintain and audit employee data within Workday, ensuring accuracy and compliance with HR standards Assist with background checks, employment verifications, and I-9 documentation processes Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and programs that enhance company culture and employer brand Support learning and development efforts by organizing training materials and coordinating program logistics Conduct research on HR best practices, employee engagement strategies, and workforce trends Assist with compensation and benefits benchmarking analysis and market research Help track and analyze HR metrics to support people analytics and...
