Your key responsibilities: As a Bartender in the restaurant, you will be responsible for serving aperitifs, classic cocktails, as well as assisting our Sommelier with wine service and upselling. You’ll work closely with our team from The Donovan Bar to ensure the restaurant bar menu complements the seasonal dishes offered across the restaurant.
