Classification: Full-Time, 12-month position Start Date: As soon as possible Schedule: 12 months Reports To: Assistant Controller What You'll Do: Your work will fall into three key areas - all essential to Lovett's financial health and family experience: Student Billing & Family Support You'll be the primary point of contact for family billing questions, which means you're not just processing transactions - you're building relationships and solving problems with care. - Schedule annual tuition in FACTS (our online billing system) based on family-selected payment plans - Post financial aid awards to family accounts with accuracy and confidentiality - Create and maintain billing templates for school departments (athletics, after-school programs, conservatory lessons, campus store, and more) - Post monthly and semester incidental charges for programs and activities across campus - Respond to parent inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and clarity via phone and email - Apply billing adjustments and credits for overpayments - Generate monthly receivables aging reports and collaborate with leadership to address past-due accounts - Document and improve student billing procedures Accou...
