Job Description How would you like to support the processes and system in the Supplier Management and Procure to Order areas at the LEGO Group and develop your Business Process Specialist knowledge? Core Responsibilities: Conduct process maintenance, documentation, improvement, and standardization, with a focus on process optimization and system integration Provide training and ongoing support to users regarding system processes and governance Define, test, and implement new system functionalities to enhance operational efficiency Engage in projects and workgroups that require expertise in processes and systems Manage and govern processes and system in the Supplier Management and Procure to Order areas through deployment and development of specialist knowledge with an E2E perspective Perform process maintenance, documentation, improvement & standardisation Training and daily support of users in system processes and governance Define, test and implement new system functionalities Participate in projects and workgroups, requiring process and system knowledge Stakeholder management of Global Process Owner, DT and other key internal and external stakeholders Play your part in our team...
