Job Description Vice President - Product Cost Full Time: Derby/ Hybrid (flexible with usually 3 days per week on site) An exciting opportunity is available for a Vice President – Product Cost to lead elements of a Rolls-Royce key strategic theme, essential to delivering our group mid-term commitments. This Vice President – Product Cost role is accountable for providing leadership to our multi-billion-pound Civil Aerospace product cost programme as we transform Rolls-Royce into a high performing, competitive, resilient and growing business. You will develop and lead key cost reduction themes including new technology adoption, cost engineering, supply chain sourcing, functional improvement and manufacturing operations excellence.
