About the role: We’re looking for a Senior Analyst to join our centralized Strategic Insights team and lead end-to-end primary research that informs enterprise priorities and helps leaders make better decisions. This role is ideal for someone who loves turning ambiguity into clear research plans, designing strong surveys, synthesizing quantitative and qualitative inputs, and communicating insights in a way that drives action across marketing, analytics, and business stakeholders. About the Team: The Strategic Insight team conducts research across the enterprise, from Advice & Wealth Management to Insurance & Annuities. With 70+ years of combined experience in research, the Strategic Insight team is focused on crafting the right projects to inform key strategic initiatives globally. Key Responsibilities: Consulting: Lead tactical and mid‑tier primary research from intake to recommendations, partnering with Marketing, Analytics, CX, and Product to clarify decisions and translate insights into action.
