The Help Center team is transforming how Toast customers get support through self-service. We build the systems and experiences that power knowledge discovery, case creation, support workflows, and proactive guidance across Toast’s product surfaces—helping restaurants find the right answers quickly, resolve issues independently when possible, and seamlessly connect to the right support channel when needed. This is a high-leverage domain at the intersection of product, support, and AI. The Help Center is not just a content site—it’s a dynamic, deeply integrated platform that connects customer context (account, devices, subscriptions), intelligent knowledge retrieval via Toast IQ, and our omnichannel support infrastructure.
