What’s the role about? As our Trainee Buyer, you’ll play a key supporting role within the Buying team, helping to develop and deliver commercially successful collections in line with the Reiss brand. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to build a career in Buying, gaining hands-on experience across product development, supplier management and in-season trading. You’ll work closely with the Buyer and wider cross-functional teams to manage the critical path, support collection development and ensure product is delivered on time, to the right quality and price point. Who you are - A strong interest in Buying and product, ideally with some experience in a retail or head office environment. - Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines. - A proactive self-starter with a willingness to learn and take ownership of tasks. - Strong communication skills, confident working with internal teams and external suppliers. - Commercially aware, with an interest in trends, product and the premium fashion market. - A team player who builds strong relationships across functions.
