As a Robot Delivery Specialist , you’ll be on the front lines of Coco’s 24/7 operation—helping prepare, deploy, retrieve, and maintain our delivery robots. Whether you're supporting the early morning rush, an evening handoff, or a late-night recovery, your role is critical to ensuring every robot and delivery runs smoothly. You’ll transport robots to merchant partners, perform basic maintenance, and even complete in-person deliveries when necessary. Your ability to move fast, solve problems, and follow clear procedures will keep the operation running at full speed. A Day in the Life: Prepare and transport robots to partner hubs for operational shifts Respond to robot retrieval calls and ensure quick turnaround of out-of-service units Charge, clean, and perform visual and basic functional checks on all robots Complete hand deliveries to customers when robots can’t finish a route Follow structured SOPs using the Field Ops App to track work and report issues Communicate regularly with the central ops and hardware teams Maintain professionalism and deliver high-quality service to customers and merchant partners Key Responsibilities: Support daily robot launch and takedown across shifts...
