Job Details: Job Description: Altera is seeking a talented hands‑on Robotics & Industrial Solutions Engineering Lead to architect and develop FPGA‑centric solutions for robotics and autonomous systems , while leading a small, highly technical team . This role combines RTL design leadership , system‑level architecture , and direct customer engagement , delivering end‑to‑end solutions spanning sensor fusion IP, real‑time data movement, ROS2‑based software stacks, and hardware integration . Key Responsibilities: Technical & Architecture Leadership - Define and deliver FPGA‑based architectures for multi-sensor robotics and industrial automation systems - Design and develop RTL and reusable IP libraries , including sensor fusion and real‑time control pipelines - Lead HW/SW co‑design , integrating FPGA solutions with processors, accelerators, and SW stacks Hands‑On Engineering: - Hands-on RTL development, architecture definition, and technical debug - Support platform bring‑up, validation, and customer issue resolution - Contribute directly to reference designs, demos, and solution collateral Team Leadership: - Lead and mentor a small engineering team , setting technical direction and ex...
