POSITION SUMMARY: Tailor at Todd Snyder ensures that all aspects of alterations, tailoring and fitting is consistent with company quality standards while meeting customer expectations and needs. The Tailor enhances in-store customer experience by ensuring customer satisfaction. This role will also add value to the team by educating coworkers on tailoring best practices and guidance on alteration feasibility of some specialty products. The Tailor Is able to provide specialized recommendations if required by guests in order to meet their wearability needs. The Tailor directly contributes to the success of Todd Snyder stores and profitability.
