Join Our Team as a Mental Health Support Worker Location: Thistley Lodge, Leamington Spa Role: Part-time - 15 hours per week About Thistley Lodge: Thistley Lodge is a warm and welcoming CQC registered home that supports people living with a severe and enduring mental illness. We provide 24 hour, recovery focused support, offering practical help and encouragement with daily living skills, personal support, finances and rehabilitation. Our experienced team works closely with local mental health and social care services to make sure each person receives the right support at the right time. We also encourage everyone at Thistley Lodge to stay involved in the community — whether through learning, education, employment opportunities, or social and leisure activities. Thistley Lodge is a spacious eight bed home, located close to Leamington Spa town centre, with great access to transport links, health services and local community facilities.
