The Junior Commerce Consultant supports the end‑to‑end creation, delivery, and optimisation of customer experience (CX) toolboxes across markets. This role focuses on operational execution, market coordination, and ensuring high‑quality activation aligned with strategic direction set by senior CX leadership. The consultant will work closely with markets, eCommerce leads, UX, agencies, and internal teams to ensure toolboxes are implemented consistently, accurately, and effectively. Job Description: 1. Toolbox Creation & Delivery · - Lead the operational build of CX toolboxes. · - Participate in regular toolbox progress meetings and follow-ups. · - Define scopes and create briefs based on strategic direction provided. · - Populate toolboxes with approved strategy, content, guidance, execution details, and supporting insights. · - Handle queries from markets and eCom leads. · - Conduct onboarding sessions with markets. 2.
