Tygart is seeking a Legal Analyst to support a DOJ office in Washington, DC. An active Top Secret/SCI security clearance is required. Key Responsibilities but not limited to: - Process legal documentation, electronic production returns from ISPs, and the Client's generated case materials related to MLAT requests. - Review foreign and domestic legal documents to identify tasking requirements for the Client's support. - Prioritize and manage multiple MLAT cases and tasks simultaneously in a high-volume environment. - Maintain awareness of the Client's field office jurisdictions to determine the appropriate offices for tasking and investigative leads. Analysis and Evidence Processing: - Perform research, analysis, and de-confliction using multiple internal databases and systems. - Utilize technology and software tools to review electronic evidence returns from ISPs and filter non-relevant information. - Produce digital media containing evidentiary materials for dissemination to DOJ-OIA for use in international legal proceedings. - Author detailed documentation describing analytical work performed and evidence processing activities to support court proceedings worldwide.
