Overview NaphCare is hiring an Infectious Disease MD , to join our team of medical professionals in Montgomery, Alabama , where we manage all aspects of healthcare for the individuals who are currently incarcerated in the Alabama Department of Corrections . As a Correctional Infectious Disease MD , you will work alongside correctional officers and other medical professionals to provide specialized care to patients in residence with HIV/AIDS, antibiotic-resistant infections, or surgical site infections. This is a unique position where you can make a difference to this diverse population of patients with complex medical needs. Responsibilities: The Infectious Disease MD manages a wide range of infections, from common ones like the flu to complex conditions like HIV/AIDS and antibiotic-resistant infections.
