What's the role? We are looking for a motivated and detail‑oriented Paid Media Working Student to support our Global Paid Media team in managing and optimizing B2B campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft/Bing Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager .In this role, you will be actively supporting and learning how to work with Paid Search and Paid Social , gaining hands-on experience with global digital advertising. Key Responsibilities: Global B2B Campaign Support - Assist in the setup, execution, and monitoring of Paid Search (Google & Bing) and Paid Social (LinkedIn) campaigns. - Support keyword research, targeting setup, ad copy creation, and creative coordination. - Help manage timelines and deliverables for global campaigns. Performance Tracking & Reporting: - Analyze campaign results from platform dashboards. - Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports using Excel and PowerPoint. - Identify trends, insights, and optimization opportunities. - Maintain documentation and assist in budget tracking.
