Job Summary Tucker Door and Trim LLC is seeking a skilled and creative HR Specialist to manage recruitment while leading employee training and development initiatives. This role requires hands-on teaching experience , the ability to design and create engaging training content , and strong computer and graphic design skills . The ideal candidate is comfortable facilitating training for diverse employee groups and translating information into clear, visual, and effective learning materials. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: - Manage full-cycle recruitment for hourly and salaried positions - Develop job postings, screen applicants, coordinate interviews, and support hiring decisions - Partner with managers to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities - Maintain accurate recruitment documentation and reporting within HR systems Training & Development (Primary Focus): - Design, create, and deliver employee training programs for onboarding, safety, compliance, and skill development - Facilitate in-person and/or virtual training sessions for employees at various organizational levels - Develop original training materials, including presentations, manuals, guid...
