Summary: Morgan & Morgan is seeking a Personal Injury Pre-Suit Litigation Attorney to join its growing practice, must be able to sit in our Raleigh, NC office. The Pre-Suit Litigation Attorney will handle motor vehicle accident cases in pre-litigation. NC Bar required. Responsibilities: - Day-to-day handling of all pre-litigation work - Complete the Flip-to-Lit approval - Guide clients through the case process - Drafting and filing of pre-litigation documents - Complete TD approval for liability issues - Oversee settlement negotiations and the formation of demand packages - Manage the release approval process - Manage a team of 6-10 Case Managers - Focus on Personal injury cases, primarily premises. - Drive compliance and KPIs amongst team - EUOs, PIP Statem...
