SUMMARY: Baskerville Donovan, Inc. is looking for a Marketing Proposal Coordinator in our Pensacola, FL office , who can take ownership of proposals and help move pursuits from start to finish. This role is a key part of our business development effort and works directly with project managers and technical staff across the firm. This position will be responsible for preparing SF330 packages and responding to RFQs for local, state, and federal clients. This is a hands-on role that requires strong writing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to stay organized while managing multiple deadlines.
