Position Overview: TechBridge is seeking dynamic and dedicated Student Success Coaches to lead classrooms of 25-30 adult learners. Student Success Coaches play a critical role in ensuring a high-quality learning experience by providing individualized and group support to learners. Classes are held Monday through Thursday from 5:00-9:00 p.m., with both virtual and in-person options available. This is a contract position, and compensation rates are commensurate with experience. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage classroom environments, fostering a supportive and inclusive learning atmosphere. Conduct one-on-one check-ins with learners to track their progress and address individual challenges. Host group support meetings to promote peer collaboration and collective problem-solving. Monitor, document, and report learner performance, including attendance, engagement, and progress. Initiate and document intervention plans for learners facing challenges and ensure timely follow-ups. Connect learners with internal and external resources to address academic, professional, or personal needs.
