Job Description Summary The Senior Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end implementation of the Integrated Services Management (ISM) initiative. This includes project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and closing of the program, ensuring it is completed on time, within scope. This role will partner with Process Excellence, Business and DT teams globally to deliver continuous improvement and breakthrough business process automation capabilities that meet SQDC priorities of all stakeholders. This is an individual contributor role.
