Overview This position provides technical and analytical expertise in support of IDA's work requiring objective research, test, study, and analyses to various federal agencies. The position incumbent has no regularly scheduled hours and works on an as-needed basis. Responsibilities: - Uses acquired technical knowledge and experience to research, test, study, analyze, hypothesize, predict, or evaluate a task according to the provided parameters, guidelines and/or specifications of the task order or project. - Individually or in a team prepares reports documenting conclusions and/or findings. May present findings of the final report to task sponsor and/or to select audience(s). - May be assigned as project leader to one or more task to assist in and provide technical direction for project planning, requirements, budgetary objectives and assignment of responsibility and authority.
