VP Area: Nursing School Department: Nursing School: FLSA Status: Exempt: Benefit Eligibility: No: Position Summary: The Kramer School of Nursing occasionally has openings for part-time temporary adjunct instructors teaching graduate courses in the MSN, Ph.D., and DNP programs. Applying for a part-time adjunct teaching appointment allows faculty chairs from across the College to access candidate materials if/when a teaching need arises throughout the current or future academic year. Duties and Responsibilities: - Conduct formal classes - Supervise student clinical experiences and communicate with preceptors and clinical staff - Evaluate student learning, skills, and abilities and maintain records of such evaluations - Serve the University and the Kramer School of Nursing, including volunteer options to serve on committees - Retain clinical and/or role function excellence through continued education and practice - Adhere to all policies within the Oklahoma City University Faculty Handbook, KSN Faculty Handbook, the OCU Student Handbook, the KSN Student Handbook, and the KSN Graduate Clinical/Practicum Handbook. - Participate in universi...
