Job Description Summary The Director - Business Development Finance is a senior finance executive responsible for driving the financial strategy, evaluation, and execution of the company’s business development initiatives. This role partners closely with the Business Development (BD) team and senior business leaders to assess and execute acquisitions, joint ventures, divestitures, strategic alliances, and other complex commercial opportunities. Job Description: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Strategic Partnership & Governance: Serve as the primary finance partner to the Business Development leader and related executive stakeholders on major strategic transactions. Support BD operating mechanisms on finance matters (e.g., deal approvals, investment committee reviews, deal memos, executive and Board materials). Champion standard work, lean principles, and best‑practice tools to drive consistency and rigor across all BD Finance activities. Deal Evaluation & Execution: Lead end‑to‑end financial support for acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, strategic alliances, and other complex commercial transactions.
