This leadership role supports our nonprofit mission of strengthening community through youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility. Under the direction of the Kids Club Director, the Site Director provides hands-on leadership for campers and camp staff, ensuring a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate camp experience. This position plays a key role in building positive relationships with children, families, and staff while maintaining the highest YMCA standards and state regulations.
