WSP is currently initiating a search for Intermediate Structural Engineer – Bridge Inspection to work out of our Mooresville, NC office. This position can also sit out of our Charlotte – NC, Raleigh – NC, Greenville – SC or Columbia – SC offices as well. This Opportunity: Be involved in projects with our Southeast Bridge Inspection Team and be a part of a growing organization that meets our clients' objectives and solves their challenges. Takes part in providing local technical assistance for the design, development, and construction of infrastructure projects and systems in the public and private sector. Tasks may include assistance with the inspection, load rating, load and material testing, and design of bridge repairs. Your Impact: - Perform inspections of bridges and other structures throughout the southeast for structural deterioration and public safety issues. - Assist with report writing for the inspection work completed in the fields. - Assist with planning and preparation of field inspection trips and maintaining field equipment and supplies. - Comply with safety guidelines and site-specific procedures to ensure work is completed in a correct manner. - Under general super...
