JOB SUMMARY: The Hotel Maintenance Tech Lead undertakes the responsibility of preserving the building’s overall operational condition and functionality, overseeing daily maintenance for guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces. This hands-on role prioritizes work orders and preventive maintenance, ensures safety and regulatory compliance to protect our owners, asset, staff and guests, and partners with hotel departments to minimize downtime and deliver an excellent guest experience. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
