Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Assist in the development of maintenance programs to ensure the highest standard of turf and facility maintenance. Supervision and personnel management of golf course grounds and horticulture crews. This includes hiring, training, disciplining, evaluating, and developing approximately 6 full time and 34 seasonal employees. Works with management and staff to ensure a safe and supportive work environment. Responsible to inspect and monitor golf course conditions for playing standards.
