This class will start on June 1 - no exceptions. Please note: Training is 8:30 am to 4:30 pm CST, Monday through Friday for 4 weeks. Schedules after training are the following shifts (in CST): PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE ROLE: To triage calls to assess needs, giving appropriate care advice and disposition to appropriate level of care treatment while promoting cost-effective outcomes and safely facilitate return to work.
