For our Novagraaf office in Belgium (Ghent or Brussels) we are looking for an: Intellectual Property Consultant (IP) with focus on trademark law! Do you have a keen interest in trademark law and innovation? Then our team would be delighted to meet you. We are seeking an enthusiastic Consultant with strong grounding in trademark law and an openness to innovative methods and solutions. In this role, you will be the face of Novagraaf and the Questel group, working closely with clients to understand their challenges and guide them through an evolving IP landscape. Your mission will be to manage the IP rights of our clients and advise them in the development and enforcement of their portfolio . As an IP Consultant, your main challenges will include: - Knowledge : to-the-point advice to our clients and the further development of services and knowledge in all areas of soft IP (trademarks, designs, domain names, copyright) and related matters (e.g. contracts) - Customer satisfaction : insight into the client's current and future needs, allowing for qualitative and actionable advice and support - High-performance culture : contributing to the performance and knowledge of the entire team You...
