PRIMARY OBJECTIVE OF POSITION: Ensure smooth movement of critical parts during a high-volume period; timely tracking and movement are essential to ensure the right products reach production without bottlenecks. This role requires someone motivated, diligent, and detail-oriented to track parts and maintain flow across multiple stages. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: - Monitor and track parts from metal processing through receiving , receiving inspection , and onto the production line . - Accurately count parts and update tracking spreadsheets in real time. - Proactively identify and resolve delays to keep production moving. - Review and release work orders in a timely manner and perform transactions necessary to maintain accurate records and inventory balances. - Ensure efficient flow of material through assigned value streams by coordinating and responding to triggers / signals within the process.
